Win Win Property researches to find the best agent for your property right now. Some vendor advocates may do this but are more likely to use previous contacts rather than discovering if things have changed. This is not a service comparisons sites offer.

Interview Agents in person.
Both Win Win Property and Vendor Advocates do this. Comparisons use data to recommend an agent but do not assist in this process.

Every Agent Will Work With Them.
Every agent will work with Win Win Property as we are independent and do not ask them for money. Both Vendor Advocates and Comparison sites have agents reject their clients as they request 20-50%  of their commission.

Advertises Fee. No Hidden Costs
 
Vendor Advocates and Comparison Sites advertise as being 'free' or 'no additional cost' but both these statements are untrue. They charge the agent and as a result the agent often passes these costs on to you. Win Win Property is structured so there is a fee but if you are not satisfied you pay nothing, so unlike other models there is no risk to you whatsoever.

No conflicts of Interest
We are not being paid by the agent nor get any kickbacks from agents who we work with. If they are the right agent for the job we will select them. Comparison sites also have no conflicts of interest as their model is to let you choose from their list of agents. They will not push you one way or the other as they get paid the same either way. If a vendor advocate is being paid by the agent, there is a risk they will choose one with a higher commission rate so that in turn they get paid more.

Support Throughout Sale
Both Win Win Property and Vendor Advocates are there to support you throughout your sale. Comparison sites only function is to recommend an agent and do not provide or understand the support needed.
